UK SHIPPING

We aim to have your order with you quickly, but please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch and delivery. Delivery may be further delayed if ordering around Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail second class.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Please contact us for a shipping quote ahead of purchasing. We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of receipt.  All orders are sent by Royal Mail’s International Standard service, which aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and Worldwide within 6-7 working days, but please also allow for any delays your local delivery service may be experiencing.

RETURNS
Hardfeelingscards.co.uk/Katy Bodman accepts returns of hard copy products up to 14 days after delivery, providing the products are in good condition and suitable for resale. The buyer bears the cost of return postage, unless the products are defective, in which case we will reimburse you. In all other cases the postage and packing element of the original order is not refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are made using the same method as original payment was received, ie via Stripe, or if this is not possible for any reason, by bank transfer. E-resources are non-returnable.
